Your Investment

If you should ever have to move from AdamsPlace Retirement Living, your entry fee is 90 percent refundable, along with 40 percent of your home’s appreciation.

As a Retirement Living owner, you are guaranteed access to the Assisted Living or 
Health Care Nursing Center on the same campus if the need arises.

You can relax, knowing that you’ll never have to move again 
because we provide three tiers of lifecare to fit all of your life and health needs.

Your monthly service fee includes:

• A spacious, beautifully appointed apartment with new carpeting and fresh paint, including a fully equipped kitchen, easily accessible trash chutes, and individually controlled heating and cooling
• Full outside balcony or patio
• Individual lockable storage
• Laundry facilities centrally located on each floor (washer/dryer hookups available in some homes)
• One meal daily in the fine dining room under the direction of our professional chefs
• Regularly scheduled transportation
• Weekly housekeeping and flat linen service
• All utilities except telephone and cable television
• Full use of a heated exercise pool and fitness center
• Complete interior and exterior maintenance of your apartment home, common buildings and grounds (appliances included)
• Planned social, cultural and recreational activities/full-time activities coordinator
• Guaranteed access to AdamsPlace Assisted Living

Covered parking is available for your vehicle and our regularly scheduled transportation is available to you for AdamsPlace activities like shopping trips, sightseeing, or other activities.

You can choose our private, chauffeured transportation simply by picking up the phone and making an appointment.  We will be glad to take you wherever you need to go!

Security and Privacy

You’ll always feel safe at AdamsPlace.  We provide 24-hour security service and a medical alert system in all residences.  The building contains a complete sprinkler system, a central fire alarm system and a state-of-the-art fire safety system.

Your apartment home has extra-thick soundproof walls and features secure doors and windows.
