Your Investment
If you should ever have to move from AdamsPlace Retirement Living, your entry fee is 90 percent refundable upon resale of the unit, along with 40 percent of your home’s appreciation.
As a Retirement Living owner, you have priority placement in Assisted Living or The Health Center on the same campus if the need arises.
You can relax, knowing that we provide three tiers of lifecare to fit all of your life and health needs.
Your monthly service fee includes:

Transportation
Covered parking is available for your vehicle and our regularly scheduled transportation is available to you for AdamsPlace activities like shopping trips, sightseeing, or other activities.
You can choose our private, chauffeured transportation simply by picking up the phone and making an appointment. We will be glad to take you wherever you need to go!
Security and Privacy
You’ll always feel safe at AdamsPlace. We provide 24-hour security service and a medical alert system in all residences. The building contains a complete sprinkler system, a central fire alarm system and a state-of-the-art fire safety system.
Your apartment home has extra-thick soundproof walls and features secure doors and windows.
