The AdamsPlace Health Center provides comfortable, consistent 24-hour nursing care to traditional care residents for support in their daily activities.
Throughout your stay, which can be short or extended, you are able to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of independence. AdamsPlace has created an environment that encourages you to feel at home. We believe that a patient’s comfort and satisfaction are essential to their well-being.
The Health Center at AdamsPlace has 50 beds in our Long Term Care and 40 beds in our Rehab Unit.
Home-Like Environment
Professionally designed private and semi-private rooms and two separate dining areas help you feel more comfortable.
You may choose to eat in the spacious dining room, served with cloth covered tables and china settings. The Health Center and Assisted Living at AdamsPlace share a state-of-the-art kitchen to provide the finest quality of regional favorites and specialty meals.
We have on-site licensed nursing care available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
