The AdamsPlace Health Center provides comfortable, consistent 24-hour nursing care to traditional care residents for support in their daily activities. 

Throughout your stay, which can be short or extended, you are able to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of independence.

Rehabilitation

Our caring and talented staff of licensed therapists offer comprehensive rehabilitation programs to either help patients recover more quickly or to enhance their quality of life.

Physical Therapy helps patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain or adapt to a permanent disability.

Occupational Therapy assists patients with the activities of daily living, home management, and adaptive techniques. Occupational Therapy also offers hand rehabilitation.

Speech Therapy helps patients overcome communication conditions such as aphasia, swallowing difficulties and voice disorders.

Respiratory Therapy assists patients with breathing difficulties to reduce fatigue and increase the enjoyment of daily activities.

Professionally designed private and semi-private rooms and two separate dining areas help you feel more comfortable.

You may choose to eat in the spacious dining room, served with cloth covered tables and china settings.  The Health Center and Assisted Living at AdamsPlace share a state-of-the-art kitchen to provide the finest quality of regional favorites and specialty meals.

We have on-site licensed nursing care available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
