The choice is yours at AdamsPlace Assisted Living, where one of our distinct levels of care is sure to meet your individual needs. Receive the personal attention you want, and as your health changes, we'll adjust.

At AdamsPlace, we want you to feel at home. But we'll take care of you too. Licensed nurses are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Take advantage of our health and wellness assessments and our medication counseling.

Our highest level of care offers medication supervision by a licensed nurse and escort services to meals and activities. Our capable housekeeping staff cleans each apartment weekly, and towel and linen service is provided.

And you’ll receive the added benefit of priority admittance to our Health Center next door.

Choose between three different levels of care, with increasing degrees of services and amenities designed to provide comfort, convenience, quality care, and safety to meet the needs of each resident.

Security
Our secure facility features an enclosed private courtyard for outside leisure time and double-lock entry doors at night. We have a 24-hour emergency call response system and daily resident safety checks

Level III

  • All Level I and II services and amenities
  • Scheduled assistance with daily living activities
  • Escort service to meals/activities
  • Dispensing of medications by licensed nurse
 

Assured Living

This program is specifically designed for residents who have Alzheimer's and related memory loss. Assured Living at AdamsPlace offers peace of mind to families who know their loved ones are in a safe and comfortable environment. Eight of our assisted living apartments make up our Assured Living Area.

  • 24-hour nursing care
  • Three meals per day/catered diets available/private dining room
  • Complete housekeeping and linen service
  • Secured courtyard for outside leisure time
  • All private apartments have walk-in showers and kitchenettes
  • Residents decorate their apartments with their own furniture and personal items
  • Activities designed specifically for those with memory loss or Alzheimer's
  • Staff members specially trained to provide the appropriate level of care
    and sensitivity to residents
  • A daily program designed to give residents a sense of comfort and routine
    that enhances their quality of life
  • Dispensing of medicatin by licensed nurse
